Managed Windows Updates (Security, Patches, etc.) - We will check for and install any necessary Windows updates for your computer. Typically, Microsoft releases new updates on the second Tuesday of each month. Occasionally, there are emergency updates out of that cycle. We will check daily for updates and apply as necessary.
Managed third-party app updates - We check daily for updates to third-party apps and install updates as necessary for your computer.
Anti-virus Monitored - Microsoft Defender is continuously monitored by us, and we are notified if your anti-virus definitions are out of date or if there are any viruses, malware, or potentially unwanted programs found on your computer. If found, we will take action to remove the viruses, malware, or potentially unwanted programs from your computer.
